1. Scope of Services
DHX Solutions provides software automation setup, customer communication workflows, lead conversion optimization, reputation management systems, and consulting services for HVAC and home service businesses.
2. No Financial Guarantees
While our systems are engineered to improve speed to lead, capture missed calls, and re-engage dormant customer contacts, actual business outcomes depend heavily on contractor service availability, market pricing, field technicians, customer responsiveness, and seasonal demand. DHX Solutions does not warrant or guarantee specific revenue sums, profits, or job volume.
3. Operational Responsibilities
Clients remain fully responsible for the quality, pricing, licensing, insurance, and execution of field services performed for their end customers. DHX Solutions is not an HVAC contractor or licensed trades company.
